BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a base part for a housing for electrical installations. More particularly, the invention relates to a base part for a housing for electrical installations, comprising a rectangular base and a first wall leading upwards from the base and a second wall opposite the first wall, a third wall and a fourth wall opposite to the third wall. , wherein the first wall of the base portion has a first locking means for securing the lid to the base portion, wherein the second wall has a first locking means for securing the lid to the base portion.
Depending on the use of the electrical enclosure, the users of the electrical enclosures have quite different requirements, as well as wishes about what the base part of the electrical enclosure and also the cover of the electrical enclosure should technically have in order for the electrical enclosure to be as suitable as possible for the application. In practice, these requirements for users of electrical enclosures make it difficult for enclosure manufacturers to produce enclosures. In order for electrical enclosure manufacturers to be able to supply users with the required / desired technical characteristics in a short delivery time, enclosure manufacturers should have a large number of different prefabricated electrical enclosures in stock. This is very difficult and in practice even impossible, because there is typically not enough storage space, and if it were found, then there is a risk that so many electrical enclosures have been made for storage that there are no buyers for all of them. As a result, buyers of electrical enclosures will in practice have to wait for the delivery of the electrical enclosure if the electrical enclosure is of a type that cannot be found in stock.
> 25 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION N base- N 30 parts for electrical enclosures. In order to achieve the object of the invention, the invention is characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing part of the appended claim 1.
An essential feature of the invention is that the base part (which is typically large in size) comprises a plurality of detachable form locking pieces (which are many times smaller than the base part) for securing the housing cover to the base part in a first position or alternatively in a second position with the cover rotated 180 the opening direction of the lid (“manual”) is changeable. In this case, the technical structure of the shaped parts is preferably slightly different from the point of view of the method of fastening the cover and the intended use of the electrical housing. The shaped locking pieces do not impair the appearance of the base part, because the shaped locking pieces are fitted in recesses formed in the walls of the base part so that their planar outer surface is flush with the outer surface of the bottom part wall.
Preferably, the shape locking piece comprises a hinge part which allows the lid to be hinged to the desired side of the base part, the opposite side of the base part having a shape locking piece comprising a recess for screwing the lid to the base part or a handle for fixing the lid to the base part.
If it is not desired to attach the cover to the base part in a hinged manner, the shape locking pieces of the base part comprise a recess for fixing the cover with a screw connection to the base part or for attaching the handle of the handle to the base part.
If the opposite walls of the base part have more than one shape-locking piece, which is advantageous when the base part is large, then the shape-locking pieces are arranged in recesses which are diametrically opposed on the opposite walls of the base part. In this case, the fastening means on the cover of the electrical housing are suitable for fastening to the desired side of the base part to correspond to the opening direction of the cover.
In order for the shape locking piece to remain in place in the wall of the base part so that it cannot detach from the recess in the wall in a direction away (outwards) from the outer surface defined by the wall, the recess in the wall is preferably defined by a wall-formed wall comprising a groove parallel to the wall. with a plane defined by the base and extends perpendicular to the plane defined by the base of the base part, the shape locking body = having a tongue adapted to lock the shape locking body to the wall. Instead of a groove, the wall defining the recess may preferably have a tongue E parallel to the plane defined by the wall and extending perpendicular to the plane defined by the bottom of the base part, the shape locking body 3 having a groove adapted to lock the shape locking body in the wall 2 so that the form-locking piece cannot be detached from the recess N 35 in the wall in a direction away from the outer surface defined by the wall.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in the appended dependent claims.
The main advantages of the base part of the housing for electrical installations according to the invention are that it can be easily and very quickly adapted to receive the cover in different ways depending on how the cover is to be attached to the base part, e.g.
The invention significantly reduces the need to stock a large number of different, typically large, base parts that require large storage space.
Thanks to the invention, the desired base part for the electrical housing can be delivered to the customer very quickly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 shows an electrical housing comprising a base part 1 according to the invention and a cover 8 attached thereto. shows all the walls 3 to 6 of the base part 1 viewed towards the base 2 of the base part (inner base). The first wall 3 of the base part 1 has a first locking means 30a1 and a second locking means 30a2, by means of which the cover 8 is hingedly attached to the base part, cf. Fig. 1. The locking means 30a1 and 30a2 comprise shape locking pieces 7b, the structure of which is shown in Figs. 8a and 8b.
The shape locking pieces 7b are loose pieces and comprise a hinge part 70b, which together with the hinge part 82 made in the cover 8 forms the hinge of the cover 8.
Opposite the wall 3 of the base part 1, the second wall 4 has a first locking means 40a1 and a second locking means 40a2, to which the cover 8 is also attached.
The locking means 40a1, 40a2 comprise shaped locking pieces, the structure of which differs in detail from the structure of the shaped locking pieces 7b of the locking means 30a1, 30a2 of the wall 3.
The structure of the form-locking pieces 7c in the second wall 4 is shown in Figures 9a and 9b: the form-locking pieces 7c comprise a handle 70c releasably attached to a stop 81 in the cover 8, cf. Fig. 2. When the bracket 70c cooperates with the abutment piece 81 in the cover 8, the bracket secures the cover to the bottom part 1. By turning the latch 700c of the shape locking piece 7c, the bracket 70 rises and disengages the cover 2 from the stop 81, unlocking.
The lock corresponds in structure and function to the structure and operation of the shackle lock, which is well known to a person skilled in the art, so = the detailed structure of the shackle lock is not described in this context.
N The fourth wall 6 of the base part 1 has a first locking means 60a1 - and a second locking means 60a2, cf. Fig. 1. Also in the third wall N of the base part 1, which is opposite to the fourth wall 6, there are respectively two locking means, but they are not shown in Fig. 1. The locking means of the third wall and the fourth wall 6 comprise shape locking pieces 7a is shown in Figures 3a and 7b.
In the housing of Fig. 1, the locking means D of the third wall and the fourth wall 6 do not act as locking means because the cover is locked (attached) to the base part 1 by means of locking means 30a1, 30a2 in the first wall 3 and locking means 40a1, 40a2 in the second wall.
The shape locking pieces 7a in the third and fourth walls 6 are only intended to act as stiffening pieces for improving the appearance of the base part, to which will be returned below.
The locking means 30a1, 30a2, 40a1, 40a2 in the opposite walls 3 and 4 of the base part 1 are diametrically opposed so that the locking means 40a is diametrically opposed to the locking means 30a1 and the locking means 40a2 is diametrically opposed to the locking means 30. The same applies to the locking means in the walls 5 and 6, i.e. the first locking means of the wall 5 (not shown in Fig. 1) is diametrically opposed to the first locking means 60a1 of the wall 6, and the second locking means of the wall 5 (not shown in Fig. 1) is diametrically opposite the wall 6. relative to the second locking means 60a2.
By means of the locking means 30a1, 30a2, 40a1, 40a2, the fastening of the cover to the bottom part 1 can be realized in different ways: relative to wall 3. If it is desired to hinge the cover 8 on a wall of the base part 1 opposite to the wall 3, then the shape locking pieces 7c according to Figs. 9c and 9b (or the form locking pieces 7a according to Figs. 7a and 7b) are fitted to the wall 3, and 8b shape locking pieces 7b.
If the cover 2 is of such a type that it is desired to screw it onto the base part 1, the form-locking pieces 7a according to Figs. 7a and 7b are placed on the walls of the base part, cf. Figures 6 and 11, in which the walls 4 and 6 of the base part have the shape locking pieces 7a according to Figures 7a and 7b. In Figs. 7a and 7b, reference numeral 70a indicates a recess made in the shape locking body 7a. The recess 70a receives a screw (see screw 87 ”in Figs. 11) by which the cover 8 can be fixed to the base part 1. The threads of the screw are fixed to the wall of the recess 70a. The recess 70a D may also be a through hole through which the screw is passed, whereby a = nut may be attached to the screw. = Due to the fact that different locking means / shape locking pieces can be fitted to the walls of the base part 1, the cover 8 can be fastened to the base part 1 in many different ways, for example with eight handles using the shape locking piece 7c according to Figs. 9a and 9b. Regardless of how the cover 8 is connected to the base part 1 and what fastening means are on the cover, the walls 3 to 6 of the base part are flat without disturbing N 35 recesses or protrusions due to the shape locking pieces 7a, 7b, 7c comprising a planar outer surface 72a , 72b or 72c which is in the same plane as the outer surface of the wall to which the shape-locking piece is fitted. To make this possible, recesses 3a1, 3a2, 4a1, 4a2, bal, 5a2, 6a1 and 6a2 are formed in the walls 3 to 6 of the base part 1 to receive the shape locking pieces 7a, 7b or 7c, cf. Fig. 4, showing the base part 1 without the shape locking pieces, the recesses being visible.
The shape locking pieces 7a, 7b or 7c thus give the outer walls 3 to 6 of the base part 1 a neat and intact appearance. In the example of Fig. 1, the shape locking pieces 7a arranged on the third and fourth walls 6 do not have a locking function for the cover 2; their purpose is, as previously stated, to give the housing a neat appearance without the recesses 5a1, 5a2, 6a1, 6a2 in the base part 1 of the housing (cf. Figs. 4 and 5) impairing the appearance of the base part. In addition, they stiffen the wall 6 - just like the other form-locking pieces of the housing, all of which stiffen and reinforce the walls of the base part.
Fig. 5, which shows the angle of the base part 1 without the shape locking pieces, shows the structure of the recesses 4a2 and 6al formed in the walls of the base part. The structure of the other recesses (3a1, 3a2, 4a1, 5a1, 5a2, 6a2) in the base part 1 is similar. The recess 4a2 is defined by walls comprising three main surfaces (bottom surface, two edge surfaces and end surface) formed in the wall 4, comprising oppositely arranged grooves 11 (grooves 11 on the edge surfaces) parallel to the plane defined by the wall 4 and extending perpendicular to the plane defined by the base 2. in relation to. The shape locking pieces 7a, 7b and 7c have two oppositely arranged tongues 73a, 73b, 73c, respectively. Figures 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b. Thanks to the grooves 11 and the tongues 73a, 73b, 73c, the shape-locking pieces 7a and 7b and 7c are made to form-lock in the recesses 4a2,6al, or in any other recess in the base part 1, so that the shape-locking pieces cannot detach from their respective walls in the direction D ) from the outer surface defined by the walls. The described form locking takes place = i.e. for all form locking pieces of the base part 1. Implemented with a groove-joint connection = the form-locking is preferably backlash-free, in which case the form-locking pieces effectively strengthen / stiffen the walls of the base part. E Figures 12a to 12c show three shape locks implemented in different details for the shape locking pieces, which enable the cover 3 to be locked with screws. For this purpose, the form locking pieces 7a ', 7a ", 7a" comprise 2 holes 70a', 70 ", 70" for a screw. In Figs. 12a to 12c, the same reference numerals N 35 are used as in Figs. 4, 7a, 8a and 9a for the corresponding parts. The shape locking pieces 7a ', 7a "and 7a" are locked in the recess 3al', 3a1 ", 3a1" "formed in the wall of the bottom part wall 3 ', 3", 3 ". Figures 12a to 12c illustrate that the shape of the tongues 73a ', 73a', 73a 'of the shape locking pieces 7a', 7a ', 7a' may differ greatly. Figures 12a to 12c also illustrate that the form locking piece 7a ', 7a ", 7a" may have grooves 74a', 74a "and 74a" instead of tongues for locking the form locking piece by form locking to the tongue 12 ', 12 "in the bottom wall 3', 3" and 3 ". .12 ”. As will be appreciated from Figures 12-12c, the shape of the grooves 74a ', 74a' and 74a 'may vary widely and many shapes not shown are possible.
Unlike Figures 12a to 12c, the shape-locking piece may have a groove on both opposite edges, as illustrated by the shape-locking pieces 7a and 7a "shown in Figs.
The shape locking pieces 7a, ‘, 7a’, 7a ’, 7alV, 7aV and 7aY of Figs. 12a to 12f! the shapes can equally be used for shape locking pieces which are of such a type that they provide a hinge lock instead of a screw fastening, cf.
Figs. 8a, and 8b or bracket locking, cf. Figures 9a, 9b.
In summary, with respect to the shape locking pieces and their shape, it can generally be said that they are loose pieces and to provide shape locking there may be a tongue or groove at their opposite edges, and the recesses of the base part 1 may have a groove or tongue. In order for the base part with its form locking pieces to be sensible in construction and use, all the recesses of the base part are the same and all the shape locking pieces have the same shapes, so that any form locking piece - whether it provides screw, hinge or bracket attachment -
In Figs. 4 and 5, reference numeral 49a2 indicates a response formed in the recess 4a of the wall 3. The other walls of the base part 1 have corresponding stops 39a1,> 39a2, 59a1, 59a2, 69a1, 69a2. These stops 39a1, 39a2, 49a1, 49a2, 59a1, 59a2, D 69a1, 69a2 are shoulders formed by through holes 48a2 formed in the recesses 3 to 6 of the walls, cf. Fig. 5. The purpose of the stops 39a1, 39a2, 49a1, = 49a ', 59a1, 59a2, 69a1, 69a2 is to prevent the desired displacement of the form locking pieces 7a N 30 to 7cei parallel to the planes defined by the walls 3 to 6 of the base part 1 away from the base part and out. from the recesses 3a1, 3a2, 4a1, 4a2, 5a1, 0 5a2, 6a1, 6a2. For this purpose, the stop members 71a, 71b and 7 1c, cf. Figures 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 2 which lock into stops 39a1, 39a2, 49a1, 49a2, 59a1, 59a2, 69a1, 69a2. The stop member 35a, 71b and 71c is formed by a flexible tongue in which a shoulder 710a, 710b, 710c is formed, cf. Figures 7b, 8b and 9b. When the shape locking member, e.g., the shape locking member 7c of Fig. 9b, is inserted into a recess, e.g., the recess 49a2 of the figure, its stop member 71c hits the wall of the hole 48a in the recess, whereby the stop member is laterally flexible; and when the pushing is continued, the shoulder 710c of the stop member 71c abuts against the shoulder of the hole 48a2, locking the shape locking body 7c in the recess 49a2. When it is desired to remove the shape locking member 7c from the recess, a lateral force is applied to its stop member 71c, for example with a screwdriver, whereby the stop member is flexible so that its shoulder 710c is not released from the hole 48a and the shape lock member 7c can be pulled out of the recess 492.
The purpose of Fig. 10 is to show that the form-locking piece 7b 'with which the cover 8' is hinged to the base part 11 'can be formed in such a way that its hinge part does not protrude from the plane defined by the outer surface of the housing side 3'. The hinge portion 82 'in the cover 8' is correspondingly formed so as not to protrude from the housing.
The base part according to the invention is preferably made of plastic. The plastic used is preferably ABS plastic (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) or PC plastic (polycarbonate). Alternatively, the base part can be made of metal. Preferably, the form locking pieces are also made of plastic. If the shape locking piece comprises a handle, this is metallic.
The invention has been described above by way of examples and it is therefore to be understood that the invention may be practiced in detail in many ways within the scope of the appended claims. Thus, the number and shape of the recesses and shape locking pieces in the base part may vary. At least, the bottom part 1 of the housing has two recesses formed in opposite walls of the base part and into which shape-locking pieces are fitted. By forming at least one recess and a form locking piece in all the walls of the base part o, it is possible to fasten the cover to the bottom part of the housing in very different ways, either by hinging it on any wall of the base part or by fastening the cover to the base part with form locking parts. - N 30 - tie a handle for attaching the housing cover. It is conceivable that the shape locking of the shaped locking pieces E is achieved by only one groove-tongue-type joint, the position of which on the wall defined by the recess may vary. The stops formed in the recesses of the base part (cf. e.g. the stop 49a2 in Fig. 2 5), which prevent the shape locking pieces from moving away (upwards) from the bottom of the base part N 35 so as to detach from the base part, can be formed from the bottom recess wall against which the top end , that is, that head,
with a recess, hinge part or bracket (cf. recess 70a in Fig. 7a, hinge part 70b in Fig. 8a, or bracket 70c in Fig. 9a) stops and rests when the shape locking piece is pushed away (upwards) from the bottom of the base part. In the latter solution, the shape locking piece is fitted in the recess of the base part from the bottom side of the base part, i.e. in the opposite direction to the above examples, where the shape locking piece is fitted in the bottom part recess by pushing it towards the bottom part, i.e. from above. As the exemplary description of the invention and its drawings show, the appearance of the shape locking means can vary widely, but still provide shape locking.
